Ingredients and Substitutions

  • BREAD: Feel free to use a different type of artisanal bread if ciabatta is unavailable. French Bread and Italian Bread are some of our favorites.
  • GARLIC: Feel free to play around with the amount of garlic to suit your desired tastes. Additionally, if you are in a pinch for time, you can simply replace the roasted garlic with 1 tablespoon of fresh minced garlic.
  • CHEESE: This recipe uses a combination of three cheeses. Parmesan, Mozzarella, and White Cheddar. This cheese blend works perfectly with the bread for a gooey and cheesy bite every time. Feel free to substitute with your favorite cheeses for a personal touch!

Can I Make Garlic Bread in the Air Fryer?

Yes! Instead of cooking in the oven, you can cook cheesy garlic bread in the air fryer. You will need to cut the bread down to fit into the space provided with your air fryer. Then set the air fryer to 350°F, and fry until the cheese is melted and golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).

Store any leftover Cheesy Garlic Bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, use an oven or toaster oven to maintain its crispy texture.
