  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce, such as Franks
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Wrap

  • 2 large burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves, rinsed and patted dry
  • 8 ounces sliced deli turkey breast, preferably oven-roasted or smoked
  • 1 medium Roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  • Place one tortilla flat on a clean cutting board or work surface.
