Can I Make This Soup in a Slow Cooker?

Yes, you can make Sausage Tortellini soup in a slow cooker, but you will have to brown the sausage first. After that, follow the directions as listed and let the slow cooker work for you. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Add the spinach and tortellini to the crockpot and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes, or until everything is heated through.
