Oven-Roasted Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 2 pounds
Instructions
- Gather ingredients. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to create a paste.
- Coat the chicken with the oil mixture, rubbing it on all sides of each chicken breast.
- Place the coated chicken onto the lined baking sheet. Bake for 16-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
