- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided

- 1 cup warm whole milk about 105-115°F
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, divided
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 3 ½ cups bread flour

- ⅓ cup unsalted butter softened
- 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
