Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, turkey, soup, sour cream, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 cup mozzarella, and parmesan.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Top with remaining mozzarella.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
