Turkey Tetrazzini

This easy turkey tetrazzini is creamy, cheesy, and perfect for leftovers, quick to prep and totally comforting.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 3 cups cooked turkey, chopped
  • 2 cans (10.5-ounces each) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, turkey, soup, sour cream, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 cup mozzarella, and parmesan.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
