In a large resealable plastic bag, add steak bites, soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to massage the seasoning mixture into the steak.
Seal the bag and transfer to the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes, up to overnight.
Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add steak bites in an even layer, without overcrowding the pan, for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the steak reaches your desired doneness (discard remaining marinade).
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
