Add the orange, cucumber, lemon juice, and pears to a high powered blender first. This creates a liquid base that helps everything blend smoothly.
Add the spinach and broccoli on top of the fruit.
Add the ice.
Blend on high until completely smooth, about 60 to 90 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of cold water and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
