Garlic Sauce
Creamy Garlic Sauce made with sour cream, mayo, and fresh garlic. A quick, flavorful dip or spread ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
- 1½ cups (345 g )sour cream
- ½ cup (116 g) mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
