Instructions
Prep the Potatoes:
Rinse and scrub the potatoes under cold water.
Using a sharp knife, cut potatoes into thin 1/4-inch strips.
Soak the Potatoes:
Transfer the potato strips to a large bowl, cover with ice water, and let the potatoes soak for about 30 minutes.
Drain the water and pat the potatoes dry with paper towels.
Season the Potatoes:
Add olive oil and kosher salt to the bowl with the potato strips and toss to coat evenly.
Air Fry the Potatoes:
Working in batches, place the potatoes into a greased air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
Air fry at 380°F for 18-20 minutes, turning the fries once halfway through the cooking time.
Prepare the Seasoning:
While the fries are cooking, mix together the finely grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
Season and Serve:
Remove the fries from the air fryer and immediately toss them with the parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley mixture.
Serve the fries immediately while hot.
