Cuban sliders are a tasty twist on a classic sandwich, perfect for parties or casual dinners.

Brioche Slider Rolls

yellow mustard

deli ham, thinly sliced

pulled pork, pre-cooked

unsalted butter,
melted

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the rolls:
Split the slider rolls in half.
Place the bottom halves in a prepared baking dish.
Assemble the sliders:
Spread 1/4 cup mustard evenly on the bottom halves of the rolls.
Layer with ham, pork, pickles, and Swiss cheese.
Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the cheese.
Prepare the butter topping:
In a small bowl, mix together butter, salt, garlic, and, parlsey.
Brush and bake:
Brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter mixture.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops of the sliders turn golden brown.
Serve:
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
