In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, yellow corn, white corn, black beans, black-eyed peas, jalapeño, red pepper, orange pepper, and yellow pepper.
Pour in about half of the Italian vinaigrette and stir everything together until evenly coated. Taste and add more vinaigrette as needed, depending on your preference.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Stir again before serving. If desired, season lightly with salt and pepper.
