Christmas Rum Punch

This Christmas rum punch blends cranberry and citrus juices with rum and soda for an easy, festive holiday drink.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • cup lemon juice
  • 1 ounce triple sec liqueur
  • cups light rum
  • 1 large orange, sliced thin
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint, optional garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl or pitcher, combine the granulated sugar, orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Stir well until the sugar has fully dissolved.
  • Add the triple sec, light rum, orange slices, and fresh cranberries. Stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Just before serving, pour in the lemon-lime soda and stir lightly. Serve over ice if desired and garnish with fresh mint.
