Indulge in perfection with our Cheesy Garlic Bread, a creamy blend of three cheeses, roasted garlic, and ciabatta crunch. A taste sensation!

Ingredients

Roasted Garlic:

  • 3 heads fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Bread:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, softened
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread, cut in half horizontally
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Peel away the outer layers of the garlic, leaving the cloves connected. Trim the tops, exposing the cloves.
  • Place garlic heads on aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, and seal into a foil packet. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and soft.
  • Allow garlic to cool, then squeeze cloves into a bowl and mash into a paste.

Garlic Butter:

  • Combine the roasted garlic paste with softened butter, ¼ cup parmesan, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.

Assembly:

  • Spread the garlic butter generously over each cut side of the ciabatta bread.
  • Evenly distribute mozzarella, white cheddar, and additional parmesan over the garlic butter.

Baking:

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is hot and bubbly, and the edges of the bread are golden brown.

Serving:

  • Slice into 12 portions or as desired, garnish with fresh parsley
