This Brown Butter Brussels Sprouts recipe transforms ordinary Brussels sprouts into tender, nutty delights with a simple brown butter sauce. The perfect side dish for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange cut-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 10 minutes, or until edges start to brown.
