Place crumbled feta in a food processor.
Add greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy.
Use a rubber spatula to spoon the whipped feta into a shallow bowl and swirl the top .
Drizzle with a little more olive oil, and garnish with with black pepper, red pepper, and fresh parsley.
Serve right away with warm pita, crostini, or fresh vegetables.
