Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles (without the seasoning packet) and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced pork and cook until just browned.
Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Stir in the brown sugar, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Mix until combined.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions.
