Pico de Gallo

Fresh and zesty Pico de Gallo: A burst of flavor in every bite! Perfect for tacos, chips, or as a vibrant salsa topping.

Ingredients

  • 5 medium Roma tomatoes, diced (approximately 3 cups)
  • 1 small white onion, diced (approximately 1/2 cup)
  • 3 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced (approximately ½ cup)
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 green onions, diced (approximately ¼ cup)
  • 1 medium lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
  • Cover and transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  • Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to a week.
