This easy Peach Cobbler recipe is the perfect summer dessert! Made with juicy peaches and a buttery, golden crust, it's simple, delicious, and ideal for potlucks, family dinners, or anytime you crave a taste of home.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 cups sliced peaches, fresh, frozen thawed, or canned drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the melted butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk until just combined.
  • Pour the batter evenly over the butter in the baking dish. Do not stir.
  • In another bowl, toss the peaches with lemon juice and cinnamon.
  • Spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the batter is cooked through.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
