Parmesan Roasted Asparagus is a simple and delicious side dish that pairs perfectly with any savory meal.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound fresh asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Spread asparagus out in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
  • Add parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper, toss to coat, and spread the asparagus into an even layer.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
