Mandarin Salad

A fresh mandarin salad with canned oranges, cranberries, walnuts, and feta on greens, topped with vinaigrette dressing.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  • Place the salad greens in a large serving bowl.
  • Top with mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, walnuts, and feta cheese.
  • Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving, starting with a few tablespoons and adding more to taste.
  • Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
