Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add the bacon (reserve about 2 tablespoons for topping) corn, jalapeño, mozzarella cheese, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix to combine.
Transfer the mixture to an oven safe skillet and spread into an even layer. Top with remaining bacon. Bake for 20 minutes, until the edges begin to bubble.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
