Hot Honey Salmon Bites are tender, seasoned chunks of salmon, air-fried to perfection and coated in a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Pounds salmon, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 Cup hot honey, homemade or store-bought
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If your air fryer is small, work in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook the salmon for 9-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the hot honey, stirring until combined and warmed through.
  • Add the cooked salmon bites to the saucepan and gently toss to coat in the honey-butter mixture.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
