Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.

Arrange the salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If your air fryer is small, work in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook the salmon for 9-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the hot honey, stirring until combined and warmed through.
Add the cooked salmon bites to the saucepan and gently toss to coat in the honey-butter mixture.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
