Honey Garlic Salmon Bites

Quick and crispy Honey Garlic Salmon Bites made in the air fryer or oven, tossed in a sweet and spicy garlic butter glaze. Ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

Salmon:

  • 1 lb salmon, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • ¼ cup ½ stick unsalted butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Green onions & sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat airfryer to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange in a single layer. Cook 7–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until salmon reaches 140–145°F.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, combine butter, honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 12–15 minutes until thickened.
  • Add salmon to sauce, toss to coat, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

No air fryer? Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes.
