Honey Butter Corn

Buttery, sweet, and creamy honey butter corn that comes together fast, a simple side dish that everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 24 ounces frozen sweet corn
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add honey and corn and stir to combine.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through (about 3-5 minutes).
  • Add cream cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine. Cook until melted and creamy, stirring often, (about 3-5 minutes).
  • Serve, garnished with fresh parsley.
