This Easy Ramen Recipe is a tasty side dish featuring tender ramen noodles tossed in a savory garlic sauce with a hint of spice from red pepper flakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Ramen noodles, cooked according to package directions, seasoning packet discarded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and brown sugar, mixing well to combine.
  • Add the cooked Ramen noodles to the pan and toss them in the sauce until well coated.
  • Push the noodles to one side of the pan, creating an empty space. Crack the eggs into the empty space and scramble them gently until fully cooked. Once scrambled, stir the eggs into the noodles, combining everything.
  • Season with everything bagel seasoning, and serve the dish warm.
