In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer on medium speed to beat the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the cheddar cheese, 1/2 of the bacon, and half of the green onions.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld. Top with the remaining bacon and green onions before serving. Serve with crackers or chips.
