Cold Crab Dip made with cream cheese, imitation crab, and cocktail sauce. A quick, creamy appetizer perfect for parties or holidays.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces imitation crab meat
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup cocktail sauce
  • Buttery crackers, for serving (such as Ritz Crackers)

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the crab meat into small pieces and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar until smooth.
  • Add the crab meat, red onion, and parsley. Gently fold until everything is evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving plate or platter and smooth it out evenly.
  • Spread the cocktail sauce over the top.
  • Serve with crackers.
