Cobb Salad

Cobb Salad isn't your average salad; it's a culinary experience packed with vibrant ingredients and delicious toppings.

Ingredients

COBB SALAD

  • 1 container (16 ounces) spring mix
  • 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast, grilled, sliced, and cubed
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, hard-boiled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 medium radishes, sliced thin
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

DRESSING

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Add mixed greens to a large serving bowl. Top with chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, feta, and cheddar.
  • In a separate medium bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, and salt. Whisk until combined.
  • Drizzle over salad just before serving.
