Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad with creamy dressing, crispy bacon, and rotisserie chicken. A hearty, easy side or main dish

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 ounces gemelli pasta, cooked al dente and cooled
  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded and cold
  • 10 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 can (15.25 ounces) corn kernels, drained
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup green pepper, diced

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, ranch seasoning, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, corn, red onion, and green pepper.
  • Toss gently until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
