Fill a large pot halfway with water. Add salt and bring to a boil. Stir in bouillon powder and add the noodles. Cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest. Set noodles aside while you prepare the garlic butter sauce.
In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the bouillon powder and garlic, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add ½ cup of the reserved pasta water and stir to combine.
Return the noodles to the pot and toss with parmesan cheese. Add more pasta water, a little at a time, if needed, until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
Top with parsley and additional parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
