In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and kosher salt.
Whisk continuously until the butter is fully melted and the sauce begins to simmer, with small bubbles forming around the edges of the pan.
Once the sauce reaches a simmer, remove from heat.
Serve warm, or let cool slightly before using as a wing sauce or dipping sauce.
