Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Buffalo Chicken Wraps made with rotisserie chicken, ranch, and fresh veggies. A quick, easy meal packed with bold flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce, store bought or homemade
  • 4 large flour tortillas, warmed
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing,
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir until evenly coated and heated through. Remove from heat.
  • Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly between them, placing it in the center of each.
  • Top each with ranch dressing, tomato, cheese, red pepper, and lettuce.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
