Banana Berry Smoothie

Quick and refreshing banana berry smoothie made with simple ingredients. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or post-workout fuel.

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, ripe
  • 1 cup mixed berries, (we used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the bananas, mixed berries, milk, and honey. Add ice and blend until smooth (add up to 1 cup of ice for a thicker smoothie).
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately garnished with a berries or banana slices.
