In a large bowl, toss the steak strips with 2 tablespoons of the fajita seasoning, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and lime juice. Mix well, cover, and let it marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
Set your air fryer to 390°F and let it preheat.
In another bowl, combine the red and green bell peppers, jalapeño, onion, remaining fajita seasoning, and remaining oil. Mix to coat everything evenly.
Place the pepper and onion mix into the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes. After that, shake the basket to turn the veggies, then layer the marinated steak on top. Air fry for another 7-8 minutes, or until the steak is cooked the way you like it.
Serve the fajitas in tortillas, adding pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, and any other toppings you enjoy. Squeeze some extra lime juice on top for an extra burst of flavor.
