Air Fryer Rosemary Carrots

Air fryer carrots tossed with brown sugar, olive oil, and rosemary, cooked until tender with caramelized edges. Easy 20-minute side dish.

Ingredients

  • 6 large carrots washed, peeled, and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the carrots, brown sugar, and olive oil. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
  • Transfer the carrots to the basket of an air fryer in a single layer.
  • Cook at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, toss the carrots and add the chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for 5 more minutes, or until the carrots are tender and lightly golden.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with additional rosemary as garnish
