In a large bowl, combine the carrots, brown sugar, and olive oil. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
Transfer the carrots to the basket of an air fryer in a single layer.
Cook at 350°F for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, toss the carrots and add the chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for 5 more minutes, or until the carrots are tender and lightly golden.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with additional rosemary as garnish
