Air Fryer Blackened Salmon with bold seasoning and a flaky texture. A quick, healthy dinner ready in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon, cut into 4 filets
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon blackened seasoning
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Pat the salmon filets dry.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the tops and sides, then sprinkle evenly with blackened seasoning, gently pressing it into the fish.
  • Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  • Air fry at 390°F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges and optional parsley.
