Easy 2-ingredient dough made with Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Perfect for pizza, bagels, or flatbreads!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour, plus more for dusting
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, room temperature

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add flour and yogurt. Using a wooden spoon, stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Lightly flour a clean work surface. Transfer the dough onto the surface and knead gently with your hands for about 3 to 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. If the dough feels too sticky, sprinkle a bit more flour on the surface and continue kneading until workable.
  • Shape the dough as desired for your recipe (roll it out for flatbreads, divide it for breadsticks or bagels, or shape into small rounds for hand pies).
  • Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before using.
